To change or otherwise update your account information, or UNSUBSCRIBE from the BackpackingLight.com general (public) newsletter, first login, then click the "My Account" link that is located to the right of the welcome message that says "You are logged in as..." near the top of your screen.
Then, click on the "Account Maintenance Link", change or update your information as appropriate, and press the "Save Information Button".
