When we ship internationally, we are required by law to specify that your goods are labeled as commercial merchandise. It is up to the country of destination's customs clearinghouse to assess duties and taxes on goods imported into that country. The customer is responsible for paying those duties and taxes, and refunds will not be made for orders returned to us for refusal to pay import duties and taxes.
