If you are receiving multiple copies of email newsletters, you probably have more than one account in our Website contact database. The creation of multiple accounts can occur when you place orders using separate accounts, or enter your email address multiple times in our e-newsletter signup form(s).
If you have multiple accounts in our system, and want to keep them there (for example, you may wish to place orders under one account and receive email newsletters on another), log in using the account for which you would no longer like to receive email newsletters, visit your "My Account" page, and click the "Account Maintenance" link. If you scroll down, you'll find a heading for "Mailing List Options" with a checkbox for subscribing/unsubscribing from our email newsletter.
If you are receiving multiple copies of our email newsletter and you think you only have one account in our system, please visit our Website contact form and let us know what your username and email address are, and that you are receiving multiple email newsletter copies, and we'll delete any extraneous accounts for you.
