How do I track my order status?
To view the status of your order, and to get your tracking number (if any*) please do the following.
- Go to http://www.BackpackingLight.com
- Click the 'login' link and enter your customer username and password (this information is provided in your order receipt email).
- You will be redirected to our Customer Service screen.
- Click on "Order History".
- Your Order History will be displayed along with the current status of each order (e.g., 'pending', 'shipped', 'cancelled').
- To get your FedEx/UPS/Global Express tracking number, click on the order number.
- The order will be displayed. If the order has been shipped, then 'Shipment Information' will appear at the bottom of the screen. Click the 'Shipment ID' to view the details for that shipment.
- Look at the "Tracking Number:" field to get your FedEx/UPS/Global Express tracking number.
- You may then use this number to track your package online at www.UPS.com, www.FedEx.com, or www.USPS.gov.
