Dave at Oware makes the sacks for BPL (at least that`s what the label says on mine). I think he makes the tarps as well. Might check his site, www.owareusa.com. He makes some of the best gear out there.

I have a bit of spinnaker and can make stuff sacks for you, small can be about 7x5 and medium 12x8 flat.
small is $6 and med are $8
interested? they will have light spectra style cord and mini toggle cordlocks. shipping will be first class, around $0.75.
