Have fun Jay! I'd post some food photos too (glad I'm not the only one that takes those) but am literally about to walk out the door for a 4 day ttrip in the John Muir Wilderness.

I will not be dieting on the trip! More food the better!!

Food Weight: 15.45 LBS for 7 days

Calories: 3,100 a day

Pack weight: 13.20 LBS (Gear only)

I will enjoy some ICE COLD BEERS at VVR!!!

Thanks for posting the pic Jay. I have never been very disciplined with food planning and usually end up hauling out too much, that I've also hauled around all week. I saw your original pic and laid my food out like this for my last trip and did a much better job of keeping the weight down.
