Not bad for style points and the fabric looks nice from the pics --

Has anyone seen or checked these out in person?

Trying to figure out if/how, at the listed weight, this might fit into my system. I can see how it might replace my hoody and provide better wind blocking, but I don't think I can rely on it from a rain gear perspective.

Reports/thoughts?

Typical CFM specs for a windshirt and it won't replace your rain shell, so you have a heavy windshirt with more abrasion resistance and very stretchy.

I find soft shell jackets to be cold for the weight. A light windshirt with thicker base layer or light fleece are as warm if not warmer, lighter and more versatile.

If you are climbing and getting friendly with a rough rock face or skiing they make more sense.

Its only "all season" if you live in a place that has no summer. Looks like a soft shell that I would only use for high abrasion uses, as Dale mentioned.

Similar thoughts, I had. Ah, marketing...
