Has anyone come across a peice of gear designed with this combo of functions? Seems like a natural for desert travel...

Wayne: I joined the site today so I just ran across your post from almost one year ago. I have considered such a combo, too, and I'll let you know what I come up with. So far, I have narrowed the material down to that Reflectix, clear plastic, and tent stakes. Keep you posted...Mike
