Alex, I'm not exactly sure, but I'm fairly sure it's a long. There's no indication on the bag itself. I measured the internal length measurement at right about 78-80". I'm about 5'11"" [1.8m]. If I put my feet comfortably in the bottom, my head doesn't reach the face opening--there's another 6-7" of room above my head. E-mail me if that sounds alright for you.
