depends how you like them to fit. they will probably be a little too big to wear on their own but good for layering. I would say these are true to fit larges.

this is midweight powerdry like patagonia r1...here is some more info:

Sizes tend to run a little big, so compare the measurements with your own gear: the waist is 16" across relaxed and 26" stretched tight and the inseam is 34". Weighs 10.2oz without tags attached.
