I recently bought a new Honda Fit. Gets me to the trail heads just fine and some of you have asked how I like it.

Well I like it....a lot. It feels much bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. I wish I had bought the automatic, however. On the positive side I should build up my arms shifting.

Here's a video I recently took driving through Seattle rush hour traffic on I-5. It was hard to maintain 70 mph with all the traffic.

Nice video.

I have a 2009 manual honda fit and I absolutely love it. Like you said it's very roomy on the inside -- I'm 5'9" and can lay down flat in the back if I put the back seats down and lay diagonally. The cargo space and good mileage are pretty important to me since I'll be moving a lot with the military in the next few years.

Travis,

This video would be the perfect answer to the question "What could possibly go wrong?"

Also, "(profanity warning)"?

I take that as a "profanity promise". I'm a George Carlin fan and endorse profanity. It is a valuable part of human communication, in my opinion.

In the video, for example, after the "ramps up" episode what other words would have worked? "Oh heck" "Phooey" "oops" "dang"?

Travis,

That George Carlin piece was pretty close to home for this Chaff contributor.

I just happen to be stupid, full of it and nuts.

Loved it.
