Greetings from Australia
In mid May 2005 I placed an order with HH for the Superinsulation for my HH, asked for express postage and now some 2 months later have not receied the order. My beef is that over the last 4 weeks I have sent them 5 emails asking them to look into my delivery and have not received acknowledgement or a reply to my problem.
This is in complete contrast to the service given to me by Glen at Gossamer Gear, when 2 weeks ago on a Wednesday I placed an order for a Dri Duck suit. On the thursday I received his email acknowledging the order and it's despatch and received the order on the following Monday in Australia...great service
Is HH still in business...are they on holidays or on illness leave..or is it simply that their customer service SUCKS??????
