Hey Brett: Something Fishy Inside Your Package! on 06/04/2007 13:48:57 MDT Print View

Last week, Brett pimped me his used (but like new) MontBell Versalite 20 backpack.

The package arrived today -- and there was something fishy inside! Brett had slipped in two packages of Japanese snacks: BBQ dried squids and something else that I haven't a clue (but is real tasty)!

That's classy. Thanks, Brett. :)

He sent me delicious green tea along with a great titanium pot, the shipping for which he totally undercharged.

Ben, Justin,
Thank you for those comments, I really appreciate it. But Ben, you were not supposed to eat that, it is bait for your crab trap! (just kidding; but I do send the strangest snacks I can find).

Here's the latest list items I'm selling; the Montbell bags I don't own, but I can probably find at the local outlet store. Its such a good deal I had to mention it.

All shipping costs are rather expensive because I ship from Japan via tracked/insured EMS airmail, to any address on earth. Other locations extra : )

Oliver, those shipping costs would probably cover most of Europe; If it's much more I would charge actual shipping.. like Kosovo or something.

Brett, can you get Montbell 30-35 degree bags? I guess #4 without checking their site.

Leon, yes, $220 on 06/05/2007 09:53:28 MDT Print View

Leon, probably yes; That would be a 3 or a 4.
You could get an alpine 3 here for $229.

I bought a 3 for one of our BPL members last week. They MIGHT have another one still in stock. If you want, I will call. Price is about $220 US and another $25 shipping to the US. Expensive, but still alot less than a 2007 #3. Thats for a zippered 3; a 4 would be about $20 less. Just let me know.

Would be interested in the smartwool shirt.
But it seems that shipping cost equals value of the shirt :).
