FS: Hennessy Hammock Ultralight Backpacker's Edition
Edited by mdilthey on 07/31/2013 13:10:39 MDT.
Oh, p.s, the snakeskins had a coating on them which wears out. It loos like they had a cheap waxy coating on it, and when they got unfurled it got wrinkled. It's an aesthetic thing, the snakeskins are just used to easily pack up the hammock.

This is the "classic" with self-closing velcro, so it weighs a little bit less.
Friday Morning Bump!
Max, what's the weight on your set up?
I don't own a scale, but the Hennessy Hammock specs say 1lb 15oz. I think my hammock is slightly less than that; it's about 1 foot smaller than my two friend's Ultralight Backpacker's with a proportionately smaller rain fly. I'm 6'2" and I have a foot of room on either end so it's still comfortable.
Anyone need a picture of anything specific? I can hang it this weekend and do close-ups.
I will be away until Sunday night. If you'd like to purchase my hammock, just post a message HERE and send me a PM or email. I will sell the hammock based on the order responses are posted here (in case there's more than one.)Sales don't always work out, so post even if you're not first :)
That's a great setup! I'm a belly sleeper so I abhor hammocks, but I've seen them in action and was quite impressed. Someone's going to be really happy to have it.
I dropped my price! Your purchase goes towards my Canada trip ;D
