I'm always here for you Ken in the Community Support Forum if you ever need someone to share you feelings with, no matter what, no judgement.

*sigh.

Does make more sense and is a more accurate description of what goes on. Never was intended as a link to customer service.

Eugene. I appreciate the support. You're awesome!

If the community has to support it, we need to decide if we are supporting *this software*, or if we should have a new forum.

BPL has decided not to support this outdated software.

I think migrating to better software would make it easier for us to support people.

I'd love to know why this section was moved up to the top when it seems to me trip reports and trip planning ought to be the focus of a hiking site.

Because we have no admin access and requests to organize the forums are ignored. Having a BPL community forum would give the community some admins with access to make changes the membership would like to see.

Have people been given access though? Or is this just promoting the forum where we can tell newbs about the limitations of the current software?

And here I thought the community support forum was a safe place to talk about my feelings, my need for all things cuben, the fact that Douglas "idemonster" or whatever he's called scares me, and that I'm having a midlife crisis and my mother still makes me feel guilty...........

Imagine the shame for an identity thief who can't use his real name in public.

I paid for my account, the freeloader with 9000 posts is the real thief.

This is weird. Is someone using Google alerts? Anyway I do still wish that the forum users got a heads up when, well before actually, something is changed.

Reading this thread on a phone is terribly confusing since nicknames are not shown on the mobile version.

And Doug isn't scary. He's just a microcosm of BPL in its entirety.
