A few things to consider:

Weight
Gnat = 48g/1.7 oz
Supalite = 56g/2.0 oz

Not a huge difference, but the Gnat is clearly lighter, by 8g/0.3 oz.

Pot Stability
Gnat = fair
Supalite = very good to excellent.

I think the Supalite is the clear winner here. The Supalite has a very wide span and is very stable in terms of supporting a pot.

Compactness
Gnat = fair
Supalite = very good

The Gnat's wide head makes it less packable in my opinion. I think the Supalite is the stand out here.

Ease of Use
Gnat = good
Supalite = very good

I'm going to give the Gnat just a "good" here. The pot supports can flop back closed. I find the Supalite to be a bit better in terms of staying deployed. Not a huge difference here, but I think the Supalite comes out ahead.

Both are quality stoves. You won't go wrong with either one. If you already have a SuperFly, you can do some pretty cool stuff in terms of combining parts from the Gnat and the SuperFly.

You might decide on price if you're really torn.

Just some thoughts. Hope they're helpful.

Not that price is everything (but it is something), but apparently prices on Kovea items are going up tomorrow.

Don't know if that affects eBay prices.
