The belt for that version of the Ohm came in M and L. Same as the CDT.
(That one was really the 2.0. Todays is actually the 3.0.)
The original Ohm had smaller "winglets" with pockets.
The M version "barely" fit me. The ends of the belt touched around my 32" waist.
It depends on how true a 32 your are, and how loose your pack is packed. A loosely packed pack will wrap the whole pack around your waist and lower back, making the belt needed much shorter. A rigidly packed pack with stuffed sleeping bag crosswise at the bottom, will not conform to your waist and requires a longer belt.
ULA put the old style belt wings on mine for me, they still had some laying around at that time. I keep mine loosely packed, so the whole thing wraps my waist to an extent.
