Happy St. Patrick's Day! What's for dinner?
Have some corned beef in the oven, slow roasting in a pan of Guinness. Cabbage to follow at the appropriate time.Any other corned beefers today?Now, where'd I put that Glenfiddich.....
Yum!Moi, nothing Irish. Will broil a steak and steam some asparagus and rice.
My favorite...thawed frozen vegetables and fruit with salsa and yogurt washed down with cello lambrusca wine diluted with Gatorade.

Oops.I misspelled lambrusco above. It ends in an "o" not an "a". Duh.Hope it didn't confuse those who were googling for the best place to buy it. You would think a wine connoisseur like myself would at least get the spelling right.
