I really liked the Sampsons for running on pavement or smooth, easy dry trail. Very similar feel to the Fivefinger KSO's without the toe pockets. However, not enough traction for rougher or muddy trails, which is what I mostly do. Just wasn't getting enough use out of them to justify keeping them...

I'm interested in the vest. How is the sizing? I'm between medium and large.

I have had at least 5 people ask about the vest! Hot item, guess I should have asked more! ;-) I run between a medium and a large and it fits a little tighter on me than I would like. I have a 40" chest, but broad shoulders for my chest size. It was good around the chest/waist, but a little tight in the shoulders and the material doesn't stretch very much...

It would probably be too tight on me then. Someone else can enjoy it!
