What size are the osprey torso and hip belt?

The hip belt has an "M" on it, I'm assuming that means medium. But as a point of reference, it fits me and my friend really well as we have a 22" and 21" torso, respectively. We also both have a 33" waist. I'm 6'2, 195 lbs.
