WTB a MDL Sil Cricket for my bivy. Looking to use it solo for 3 season use. Or could be convinced to buy a rectangular tarp. New to tarping so not absolutely sure what I would like most...

The Echo I looks like a pretty tight fit and I'm 6'1", 245 lbs. I don't need the insert and due to the design looks like the A frame is the only option for pitching, correct?

Take a look at some of the designs at BearPaw Wilderness Designs. I like the Cub Den over the Cricket. John will do custom work at a very reasonable rates.

Would you like to borrow my polycryo tarp to play with? I designed it to pitch half pyramid, but I could modify it for other pitches.

Original LDPE version with bug netting next to its somewhat larger polycryo sibling
