Are you considering which to keep?
Considering they serve a similar function and will likely keep you warm to a similar tempt (slight edge to WM), I'd go with the MH at 4 oz lighter. Your flash is considerably over spec, so I bet at least some of that is down. Either way, we're still talking about 2-3 season insulation pieces.
