Can you comment on the fit with these?

I've really wanted to snag a pair and normally wear size large gloves, but occasionally have to migrate to a medium or XL depending on the glove/brand. Ideally I'd like for them to be fairly snug, definitely no swimming of hands in them - for comfort and dexterity, especially on the bike.
