Quilts? on 01/12/2013 19:52:21 MST Print View

I bought a Golite quilt on gear swap, and instantly became a convert. So now I'm looking to get another for a different temp rating. I'm leaning towards a Katabatic, but was wondering about other quality quilts that are out there. I know about the EE quilts, the Nunataks, and the warbonnets. Any other makers out there?

Zpacks makes extremely high quality quilts and would always recommend them if you have the cash.

If you don't, and do not mind using 2nds, Enlightened Equpment: http://www.enlightenedequipment.com provide very affordable quilts.

I bought a GoLite quilt 3 years ago and this past year replaced it with a ZPacks 30deg quilt. The ZPacks quilt is remarkably lightweight and warm. I love my new quilt upgrade. No regrets.
