Can anybody tell me what kind of weather to expect at Pictured Rock in UP, Michigan in mid-April? I can always look up temperature averages but was wanting some input from personal experience.

Any Indiana folk up for a drive?

I hiked the trail last April and there was no snow on the ground at all, temps where about 32f, a local told me that last winter was not a proper one.

Plan for cold and possible snow. It will get cold at night, for sure. Great time to do the trip as you shouldn't see more than a party or two on the trail.

That's an understatement if it was anything like we had here in IN!

Steve, I could go first week of April but would want to take my 6 yo if possible.
