The grey tab to the upper right "insert image at curser".
Click that and select your photos from your computer under "browse".
It takes a minute to upload.
The pic will look like a lot of gibberish until you post it.

PS forgot to add that you will only see the "insert image at cursor" tab while you are composing or editing a post.
You wont see it if you are simply reading a post.
