I thought I'd start this thread while America is sleeping. I've only included companies that I've bought from personally, so feel free to add. (I've also included some retailers of ultralight gear.)
Companies that offer USPS 1st Class Postage as a standard option:
ZPacks,
Trail Designs
Zelph Stoves,
Peter's Head Nets,
QiWiz,
Sporteyz,
Mountainfitter,
Lite Trail,
Ultralight Designs,
Highwater Filters,
Companies that don't offer USPS 1st Class Postage as a standard option (but may if you email):
HMG (I've had things shipped 1st class after contacting them),
MLD
SMD
I thought about adding information about which companies offer help with customs ;) but decided that might be unwise on an open forum.

I do as well, for items not listed on the QiWiz web site, such as custom pot supports and double grills.

It's surprising how many do. It's expensive!
Unless you just do it from paypal, you need to have a merchant set up along with about $30 a month for it plus a higher % for each swipe of the card.
