I suspect that the new "members only posting filter" has been misapplied.

Somehow the new filter seems to have been put on an all inclusive setting in regards to the thread reply button and the edit post button.

The reply button now gives me a text box to type my reply inside of and I can see your post above it.

I'm assuming that the edit button works also but you know what they say about assume.
