The Death of Chaff on 10/22/2012 09:45:06 MDT Print View

In light of BPL's recent policy change about non-members not being able to post...

That would include Rog Tallbloke!!!

Where will the flame war go?

Will Rog re-up his membership to keep the flame war alive?

This is a SERIOUS blow to the chaff forum.

This might just become a backpacking site.

There are many folks who just like arguing for the underdog or the other side anyway.

Wait a cotton-pickin' second. Is the poster above suggesting that those characterized as "Right Wing" have been utilizing socialized access to the forum? Do they comprise about 47% of the forum? Ha hahah hah ha!!

Now, I'm off to drive my hybrid-powered vehicle because it causes global warming. Yep, the Jeep burns oil and rubber...

Whether Roger Tattersall signs up as a paid member or not should become a feature in itself. This is pure entertainment - I hope BPL can capitalize on it. Will it become a matter of pride to not swallow the $25.00 fee? Maybe Rog can get a loan from the Royal Society or the Heartland Institute.
