I have this bag and the WM Highlight, and find the Marmot to be every bit as good. Nice bag at this price.

Looks like backgountrygear.com also has the MontBell Thermawrap Jacket on sale for $119. I've been reading wonderful things about the jacket. Is this a price worth jumping on?

The Thermawrap keeps me comfy to abot 40F. Layering a shell over is good to 30-35F.

If you are looking for an UL insulation layer for this general temp range, then I would highly recommend the Thermawrap.
