I have an REI Quarter Dome T3 (with $30 footprint) purchased in 2009 for $300 on sale.
It has been used for 1 3-night backpacking trip, 2 overnight backpacking trips, and a few gentle car camping trips. Everything is in perfect shape, with the exception of 2 small scratches on the insect mesh; no tear, just a stretching of some of the woven fibers (still too small for any bugs). No mildew. No smoking.
We love this tent; it's a great size for 2 people plus gear, or 2 people plus a small child/dog. The unusual pole setup creates a roomy interior, and is really easy to setup; everything is color-coded. We're just downsizing in preparation for a long-distance hike.

I'm going to leave this on BPL for a month, and if I don't hear anything by then I'll be moving it to ebay.

Selling tent+footprint for $180
Shipping should be about $13 CONUS
