A barely used SteriPen Journey LCD.

This is a water purifier that uses UV light to kill organisms instead of physically filtering them out. It takes 90 seconds to clean a liter of water. I've used this on a few backpacking trips and loved how easy it was to use. It is so small that it's easy to store and keep accessible. Additionally, it doesn't have a physical filter element that takes on weight when it's wet, so the Steripen is always light weight! It's also great for traveling. I've taken this out at restaurants or hostels to purify the water. I can do so inconspicuously and safely. It's a godsend for travel.

The LCD screen is simple but effective in telling you when the water is clean, battery life or why the unit is not activated.

The batteries are fairly new and I've only used them for filtering 10 liters.

Unit is 4.5 ounces with batteries. Retail is $100.
