Mountainsmith made a line of down bags for a couple of years. These bags were very highly rated. Here's a review of the Vision:

The bag has been used less than 20 nights and is in excellent condition with no damage of any kind. It comes with the original cotton storage bag and silnylon stuff sack. This is a great way to get a 3 season bag that is along the lines of a WM Ultralite or Marmot Helium without spending a lot of money.
