Looks like they also have a new (and expensive) 800-fill jacket where the down itself is DWR treated.

Maybe this means the MEC Reflex replacement is coming soon. I hope the Degree jacket is a sign of what's coming in the new Reflex. The only thing I don't like is a lack of mention of YKK zippers.

The light degree hoodie is a really good deal right now. 435g for a medium with 186g of down. Superior specs to the montbell alpine light. Only $115 dollars. I might have to get one although I am unsure what I woukd use it for as it is too warm for any use duing the summer and not warm enough for an insulating layer in winter, sits just in between my uses

I wish Mec made a jacket with 2 - 3 oz of down in the sub 10oz range
