I have so much "fun" doing my morning 4-6 mile runs to this music.

0300-hrs in the morning, running down the street screaming the words to:

It could be worst Michael, instead of yelling "THE HOG" you could be yelling "Wallop the cat" That'll get the neighbors attention. LOL

Would also keep the stray cats on my course from running out to me in the dark!

Wallop also now requires a lot of other runners to form a conga-line to dance, if my latest "Games" attendance shows.

The current spousal unit is heading across the Seattle water to the annual Scottish Dance festival in a few weeks. Even though I'm the one with the kilt I get left home due to previous constraints.

The society holds classes and balls with live music which adds to the cache.
Scottish Country dancing is a little more akin to square dancing then "Riverdance" or Irish Step dancing but is plenty energetic.
Plenty of festivals scattered around N. America for the curious.
I'm probably better working on scoring a 12:00 in the caber toss than my dance steps but on the slim chance someone around here is swept off her feet by a brogued up Scot dancing gigolo I'll keep practicing.

Sorry folks, my last post is part of Scottish football history. Over 80,000 Scottish fans went down to the home of English football. Wembley stadium in London. We didn't just beat them, we took their stadium apart and brought it home to Scotland. Along with the goalposts, the Scots fans dug up the pitch and brought it home. Thousands of Scots still have a part of the Wembley turf growing in their yard. :-)

I may have mis-represented my wife's family. She is Scot, I am Irish.

Luckily, the clan gatherings, festive music, food, drink, and games include the U.K.

Yes, even English are allowed through front door. Luckily, my mothers' side is English.

I've got a bit of the same with Irish n' Scot relatives,at least whilst they were still alive anyway, the only arguement that went to a near brawl wasn't over, oddly enough, who makes the best whiskey, but whether there were 6 or 7 Celtic nations [Spain's Galicia being the odd man out.]
My gran could only be barely tolerable to the English and is probably playing that YouTube video on repeat in the afterlife.
