Hi,

I've enjoyed making couscous and lentils for dinner in the backcountry.

In the past I've just bought a flavored box of couscous for that.

I wonder if there is a more cost-conscious way of doing this. I'd prefer to buy bulk couscous, and add flavor somehow.

Ideas?

Just about any sort of dry soup mix works for me.
