FS - GoLite Pinnacle size large.

The frame sheet failed on this pack on a long hike resulting in a very uncomfortable ride.

GoLite's response to my (very polite) request for help was "Mmm, bummer".

That's it.

In a fit of rage I cut up the pack to turn into sort of a large rucksack. Actually I only cut out the hydration sleeve and the sleeve that held the frame sheet. Everything else is normal.

You can carry it like that but note there is no support structure.

Maybe somebody doesn't mind or maybe someone can use it for parts.

I'll sell it for actual shipping charges plus $5.00.

By 'frame sheet' do you mean the soft foam pad? How did this pad fail?

Yes, the foam pad.

The pad completely folded over on itself. Imagine two 180 degree creases or an accordion fold. I don't know how it happened. I can only assume that it was too big for me; even though the pack was comfortable to carry and the measurements were a match.

Gone to a good home......
