I am going to attempt making my own PeaPod for my hammock camping gear.

I am also attempting to make my own camp quilt as well!

I have collected lots of old down filled items from freecycle so I am using that for my fill!

Be sure to post pics of the process and finished products here. I, personally, would love to see them.
What kind of hammock do you use? Just curious. I have been contemplating making my own PeaPod and quilt.

Just remember that all of those down items maybe different grades of fill power down. If you're going to be putting in lots of time on the project you may want to go with a known high fill power to keep the finished weight down.

Looks like a great project, they've been out there awhile and work for the folks who use them, go for it!
