Is it worth it ? It 40$ with a 35% coupon and light , any one had experience with this brand ?

Personally, I like a hood. At 6 oz, it's a bit heavy for something without a hood. But if it meets your criteria, give it a go.

I've not used any Berghaus stuff myself, but it's a well regarded brand. More popular in Europe, especially for the hiking stuff. They sell a lot of ski gear, from what I understand. They seem to be regarded as a top or near-top tier brand.

I just picked up one of these. Comes in at 5.3 oz and has a hood. Plus it's on sale for $25 right now and came out to about $35 after tax and shipping. I've liked every First Ascent piece I've gotten and haven't really seen anyone with complaints about their stuff.
