Does anyone know if snow marker 159 is still present in the Emigrant Wilderness?

Snow Marker 159

This marker is (or used to be) located in Summit Meadow just south of Snow Lake in the Emigrant Wilderness; it's used, I believe, to take snow height measurements from the air during winter. Every time I hike through Summit Meadow I look for the marker as sort of a favorite landmark; it's been present for decades. But last time I was in the area - in Fall of 2010 - I was unable to find my friend the snow marker.

Has the marker been removed/vandalized?
