If you mean you're looking for work in these areas, REI would be the most immediate employer that comes to mind, offering work in all of the areas you mention. The company is quick to move those with drive and ability into management and supervisory opportunities.

REI is considered to be a very good company to work for, but I'm looking at the manufacturing level. There are a lot of outdoor equipment manufacturer's in the area and I'm certainly researching those avenues, but it made sense to dip my toe in the waters here. Ultralight gear is a niche market and BPL is certainly one of the major crossroads.
