What you have shown is an ITW Nexus Annex Clip 25 Removable http://global.itwnexus.com/content/annex-clip

I have seen them for sale from one of the US MYOG suppliers a while ago but cannot remember which one - may be Seattle Fabrics

I have about 30 of the removeable and sew-in Annex clips in black Delrin if
you are interested. These are left over from an experiment I was doing for
other users.
