GPS map transfer info needed on 05/31/2012 20:41:55 MDT Print View

For backpacking I have a Garmin Colorado GPS. I's realy like to be able to add trails onto my topo maps from outside sources. i.e. just import them to my GPS directly or via my Garmin map files in my computer.

Are there any books or DVDs that can show me how to do this? Or even a website that can help?
