Very bright, runs long time on 3 AA's (instead of silly AAA's), weighs 4.5 ounces
(not very lightweight in other words,
very comfortable and adjustable-locks into
4 positions vertically), rugged, very easy to open to replace batteries
and the cover separates when you open it, but cannot get lost as both
halves stay attached to strap.

Nice to see something that runs on 3 AAs.
I converted a BD led headlamp to run on an external 3 AA pack just to get rid of the silly AAAs.
