I just bought this from another BPL member, but it's to small in volume for me right now, I'm just not that UL yet. Here are some pics from a thread I found on the original pack. It's the one Mike Moore is talking about

Torso size? Condition? I'll take it if it is a medium and in very good/excellent shape.

The Ion is a size large. Tom if you want it, it's your's, you were the first pm, if not it goes to the next in line.

The pack is in excellent shape Joseph, but it is a large.

Those are some really sweet looking mods - in particular, the water bottle holders are a great addition to this pack. But... I have an 18.5" torso, so a large would be too big... darn. I reluctantly pass :(

Actually, Joseph, I don't think torso length matters much with the Ion. Size does matter though, since that's what determines the volume. I have a short torso (17.5") and my large Ion carries rather well.

@Gary - So my medium sized torso would probably play nice with a large Ion? I had read somewhere that chest size makes a difference for fitting this pack as well, and I'm not exactly barrel-chested anymore (38-39" chest, down from 44" about a year ago).
