I have the 15th Edition of the "Circuit Hikes in Shenandoah National Park" booklet put out by the Potomac Appalachian Trail Club. There is a 16th edition out now, although I'm guessing it probably doesn't contain much new information.

For all practical purposes - it's new. I believe it runs about $10.
