So I have a really basic question but seem to be having a hard time finding an answer: So I've traced and cut everything out to make a cozy for my sp600 however I can't decide what is the best way to attach the bottom piece and the two ends that wrap around my mug. Is there an adhesive that will bond closed cell foam without disfiguring it? I've seen people use tyvek tape for cozys made of reflective bubble wrap - is this also the way to go with closed cell foam?Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
duct tape will definitely work!
Silicone adhesive (& probably caulk) will work. Done it!
thanks for the responses. I caved and just went with duct tape.
Tape will work, but I recently made basically the same thing and used Barge Cement. You can get it at any hardware store, and it really is like cement once it dries.
I use 5min epoxy, just hold in place until it has set.Steve
