Have any of you found a good way to mix nutritional yeast into your backpacking food? It's protein and vitamin rich, and I eat it a lot at home on popcorn and buttered toast, but I'd love to find a way to incorporate it into my backpacking diet.
Use it as a sprinkle, instead of say Parmesan :-) Works great on rice, taters, quinoa.....
I like to use it on things like unstuffed quinoa peppers. I can post a link to the recipe if you like.
