Im gathering materials for a Flash 30 modification project. Part of the plan is ripping the front panel seam to add a large mesh pocket. Im just not sure which thread to use when sewing everything up. The pack is a back up/loaner so wont see a lot of use and will probably never see a load of more than 10 pounds. Any ideas on thread size/strength?

I use the Gutermann Mara 70 tex 40 from diygearsupply for most of my projects. I also have the Tera 60 tex 50 for heavier duty gear. Both are great to sew with, good luck!!
