You can buy SL5 for $262 and I can get Pentalite 4p with the wedge for $300 using my employer's discount. In the grand scheme of things, price difference isn't huge.

Both tents look attractive, both seem to be very similar. What say ye? Any personal experiences with there? Which one has better "livability"?

Tent will be used for a base camp for three adults. We will be spending considerable amount of time in the tent. Weather is expected to be rainy, but ventilation is also very important.
